2019 Annual Report

This year's annual report looks at CEDAC's role in developing and preserving quality affordable housing combined with access to supportive services, which stabilizes and improves the lives of residents. As we celebrate record high levels of loan commitments and the completion of several projects that co-locate affordable housing and early learning space, it's an exciting time for CEDAC and the Commonwealth's entire community development sector.
