Explore ways to support your staff, discover new strategies and techniques to make staff accountable, resolve conflict and learn how to transform vague feedback into clear and effective feedback.
These workshops will be held on Tuesday, March 11 from 9:30am to 3:30pm and on Thursday, March 13 from 9:30am to 1:30pm.
