Attend this half-day training for an overview of the policies, structures, programs, and organizations that make up Massachusetts’ workforce development system. This interactive workshop is especially designed for staff in their first year or two of
working in education, training, and employment programs- and staff with 10 years experience have found it very helpful as well.
