This workshop provides both coaches and instructors training on the use of an open source curriculum that will make your job of transitioning adult learners to college or other post-secondary education much easier. This career exploration and planning curriculum is designed for use with both ABE and ESOL adult learners. This workshop will provide you with a valuable tool to help participants in your program to begin exploring their skills, values, interests and abilities so they can achieve their goals and move toward realizing their career dreams. We encourage programs to send a team with both a coach and an instructor.
