Claire Morton

Claire is a Senior Project Manager at CEDAC. In this role, she manages relationships with CEDAC’s non-profit borrowers, underwrites requests for predevelopment and acquisition loans and state bond funding commitments, and provides technical advice and guidance to borrowers through the real estate development process.

Claire brings several years of experience in affordable housing development and construction, including project management at MetroWest Collaborative Development. Most recently, she served as a Community Assistance Manager at the Massachusetts Housing Partnership.

Claire holds an MBA from Simmons University and a bachelor’s degree in management from Suffolk University.
